Welcome to GroupExclusives.com. You have been invited to view or enhance your current lentry level listing that one of your local hotels has recently published.  Your nearby hotel has listed you as a preferred restaurant for their travelers, and with this listing, upcoming groups planning travel can see you listed. To begin to create a basic or enhanced listing select the state you are in from the dropdown picklist below. This will return search results in alpha order of all the restaurants in your state. Find and select your listing to be brought to your existing profile. Select the blue and white "I"nformation button for details on each page as you complete the needed fields for your listing.

Your current listing only shows your name and address, by increasing to basic listing, you will be able to upload your menu  and enable the group RFP functionality, allowing you to start receiving group RFP's and to be visible to upcoming groups. By upgrading to enhanced listing, not only can you add your menu, enable RFP functionlaity but you also get a more prominate and larger listing on search results and listings screens, you also get Memorys associated with your restaurant. This allows users to share video, blogs, and pictures of their events in your restaurant. The more Memorys associates with your restaurant shows buyers your space and how much fun groups had in the past at your place. 

Much of the information is pulled form the hotel profile. As you will see, you will now be associated with multiple venues, colleges, convention centers and the like, increasing your chances of receiving a group associated with that location or destination.Billing comes at the end and is by invoice that is generated after you have published your upgraded listing. W9's are also available from your Personal RFP response page after registering.
